There are many beautiful prayers that have been composed over the years and used by generations of peop le in private and public worship; the Psalms , The Lord's Prayer, the prayers of St Francisof Assisi, of St Ignatius of Loyola,
St Thomas More and so on. If the words of a particular prayer appeal to us, if they articulate for us the cry we wish to make to God then let us use them. |

We know that the " three" of the Trinity are three " Persons".
"Persons" is the right word, because we know the three persons of the Trinity and our prayer is person to person. We have a personal relationship with each of the three persons of the Trinity. |
"Shared Prayer" is the sharing of intimate prayer in a way in which the participants
share their spiritual walk . They care about what each other are praying about. They are together in care and prayer.They are united in gratitude and hope. Each can say "AMEN" to the others intercession. |
